bpg secret message board

nobody has checked this site in ages. i figure we can use this bored to scheme and talk about the people that we want to drive out of the group.

bpg weekly schedule

monday: secret hill repeats until the cul de sac series starts up for 3 weeks in july, then it's back to secret track after that.

wednesday: detention run led by sarge and whom else?. 6p, grove and westmoreland. summer track series at sportsbacker's stadium, 6.30p. in sept, secret track returns.

thurs: rivah run, 6a, mighty i-fred's week bike jaunt to ashland and back. 6p, laurel park sc parking lot.

fridays: recover, kick back, or the occasional happy hours

saturday: bpg group runs, 7am.

sunday: long run. TBA
